This ultra-long wearing lip liner has a creamy texture that glides across the lips for a very easy and comfortable application. The Lip Liner sharpens easily in most standard sized sharpeners - just make sure your sharpener is not dull! Our lip liners can be worn alone or layered with our gloss "Teardrop".
Follow these simple instructions to get the best results:
- Shake your Eyeliner Lash Adhesive Pen
- Apply 2-3 coats of eyeliner along the lash line
- Ensure there is a sufficient amount on the inner & outer corners
- Allow time for drying & glue activation (10 seconds)
- Measure your lashes and cut excess off using our Matte Black Scissors
- Use our Hoodminked Lash Applicator to place and secure your lash on top
